Even though Metalplasma does not carry out in-house surface treatments, it relies on a well-established network of qualified partners to guarantee high-quality finishes and long-lasting performance of its products. The treatments are carried out at certified and specialised companies, selected for their technical expertise and reliability, in accordance with current standards and the standards required by our customers.

The main treatments available include:

• Sandblasting
• Hot-dip galvanising
• Electrolytic galvanising
• Powder and liquid coating
• Cataphoresis – KTL (up to 6 metres)
• Specific treatments for corrosion resistance

Thanks to this collaboration with qualified suppliers, Metalplasma is able to provide finished products which combine functionality, aesthetics, and durability, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the entire production chain.
