To complete the production cycle and offer ready-to-use solutions, Metalplasma uses highly qualified external mechanical workshops to perform precision machining on metal components.
Thanks to established collaborations with specialised partners, we are able to guarantee high-quality mechanical processing, in compliance with the required tolerances and agreed delivery times.
The main processes include:
- Milling and CNC turning (up to 12 metres)
- Drilling, threading and boring
- Grinding and flattening
Each process is carried out according to the customer’s technical specifications, with meticulous dimensional and quality checks. This approach enables us to offer finished and semi-finished products ready for assembly, reducing time and costs along the supply chain.
