Manufacturing processes

At Metalplasma welding is a strategic process which combines state-of-the-art robotic automation and highly specialised manual skills. We use anthropomorphic robots of various sizes to ensure precise, repeatable, and consistent processes, even on complex components of large dimensions (up to 12 x 3,2 metres).

When required by the geometry of the component or specificity of the project, our qualified operators perform targeted manual processing, completing the process with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Each weld undergoes in-line checks and is tracked at each stage: the process is certified, recorded, and stored, with documents available upon the customer’s request.

For over 10 years we have been certified according to EN ISO 3834, the European standard which certifies the quality of welding in metal structures, from the simplest applications to complex structural projects such as cranes, bridges, vehicles, and industrial systems.
